Dementia action plan survey | GOV.WALES

The current Dementia Action Plan for Wales was introduced in 2018 with a subsequent companion document in 2021, which outlined our priorities in dementia care and support in Wales. We want to build on this work as we start to develop our new dementia plan. The survey is intended to gather views on the key areas we should focus on throughout the engagement process for this work.
The survey closes on 13th December 2024.
