Meetings/Agendas

The Community Council’s meetings usually take place on the first Wednesday of each month at 6.30pm (please check dates below as they are sometimes altered).

These meetings are ‘hybrid’ with the ability for members of the public and councillors to meet at a specific venue, as-well-as join via video-conference.

All meetings have a public session for you to express your views / ask questions.

A schedule of meetings has been set for 2025/26 . Please check the Community News and Events page for details as to how you can follow the meetings online.

4^th June 2025 (Annual General Meeting)

3^rd September 2025
19^th November 2025
7^th January 2026
5^th March 2026

Agendas and Minutes

We will post our Ordinary General Meetings’ minutes in draft on the website within seven days of our meetings. The minutes will then be formally approved at the next meeting e.g. the January minutes will be approved at the February meeting. Draft minutes are clearly marked and subject to change.
