As part of the duty placed on the Local Authority by Welsh Government, the Vale Of Glamorgan complete a Play Sufficiency Assessment every 3 years and also produce a Play Action Plan. The next one is due to be submitted by 1st June 2025. Within this process we want to consult with children, young people and their families around their thoughts on play in the Vale. This will be used to help with future planning.
As part of the consultation process, a ‘Play in the Vale’ survey which is aimed at parents, carers and other adults to find out about their thoughts on play opportunities in the Vale. The survey is currently open. The survey closes on 30th November.
